I’ve gone through all the suggested steps to reset my phone without any luck. It just keeps giving me codes to enter.
Everything worked fine until a couple days ago. Suggestions?

Hello @STACEY34, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Have you tried to restart your Ionic by pressing and holding the the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently (we have released a new version a couple of days ago)? If so, I would like to suggest you the following to set up your tracker:
- Restart the Bluetooth on your phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth. (don't reset it from the Control Center)
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
- Restart your Ionic once again, only this time leave it plugged in and charging.
Then, try to set up your tracker once again:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
I hope this can be helpful, give it a couple of tried and let me know the outcome!
