I have updated the new iOS 11.0.1 and my surge wouldn’t synchronised . The up wouldn’t see Bluetooth on. I had switched off surge many times, closed up then deleted and now can’t add surge back. Set up only goes until I add terms and conditions keep pressing the next button but it doesn’t seem to work. Tried everything:(.

Hello @jolalew, I hope you're doing fine, it's nice to see you around.
If you haven't done it yet, please update the Fitbit app on your phone as we have already released a new version (2.41) a couple of days ago. Then try to set up your Surge once again.
