Unable to set up a last name for daughter's account

My daughter has an ACE. It syncs to my phone but when I try and configure some personal details the app always tells me to set up a last name. When I do, I hit save and nothing happens.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and to further investigate. It's great that your daughter is part of our Fitbit family and I'm wondering if you've switched to kid's view when trying to configure your personal details. If that's correct, I'll need you to provide me with the following so I can further investigate this situation:

 

  • Your phone's model and iOS version.
  • Fitbit app version.
  • Screenshot of the message asking to set up a last name. For instructions to attach it in your reply, check this post.
