Unable to set up flex 2

I have tried all the suggestion in troubleshooting but still unable to set up my flex 2 . Kindly advise. Thanks

I appreciate you have let me know the steps you have tried in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment as you have already restarted your Flex 2, I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might affect the setup process. 
  • Restart your phone.
  • Restart your Flex 2 once again, only this time leave it plugged in and charging. 

After that, please try to set up  your tracker as a new device once again:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When a pop up appears asking you to pair your tracker with your phone, please tap on PAIR and continue the process.
