I switched to my child view in the fitbit app tonight and can no longer get back to the Parent View. I have followed all the community chats and suggested methods but nothing works. There is no switch to parent icon/button and no family tile either. When I am on my childs profile I can click the setting buttons and then there is a switch profile in Family - when I hit that it goes back to the child profile but the only tile in there is a community friends profile. I have gone through every available page and tried most drop down menus. Please can someone tell me how to get back.
