Unable to sync and app shows No Device found

My Flex is fully charged, but app shows - No Device found and battery says 4%. I think it's not syncing. I am using iPhone XS. Any suggestion for me?

Hi @dgandhi2. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your efforts while trying to sync your Flex. The battery level might not be updating if your Flex isn't syncing, and since that shouldn't happen let's work on this together. I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1.  Remove the Flex from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and restart your Flex.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Flex.
  5. Scroll down and tap on sync now.

Let me know how it goes.

I also was having the 'no device found' problem. I reset and reinstalled everything that was possible and still no go.

The solution for me? Manually turn off Bluetooth on all my other devices that have ever connected to the Fitbit. Apparently they somehow interfered because the SECOND I turned off Bluetooth on my old phone, the Fitbit was able to sync and was discoverable as a Bluetooth device on my new phone.

I hope this will help at least one other poor soul. I was tearing my hair out.
