My iOS version is greater than 10.2 so I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit to the app. I found the instructions online about updating my blaze firmware however unfortunately before I became aware of this I deleted my device from the app hoping that would fix it. Now I can't add my device again to the app to update the firmware and then sync it. Appreciate some advice - is there another way to update the firmware? Thanks! Angela

Hello @AKS369, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
If you have removed your Blaze from your account and the tracker is unable to pair again, please try the following steps:
After that, please try to set up your tracker again, once the tracker has been set up, you will be prompted to update the firmware.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
