Unable to sync for the past hour

Why is this constantly happening.....thinking to go back to apple....

Hi @Salty1952. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

I'm sorry about the syncing issues that you've been experiencing. I understand where are you coming from about this situation, and I'll be here to work with you on this. First of all, please provide me with the model of your Fitbit device, your iPhone's model and iOS version. Also, let me know the error message displayed when trying to sync.

 

In the meantime and if you've not done so, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on profile's icon > Fitbit device's image > sync now.
  5. Then tap on Notification and when prompted, proceed to pair via Bluetooth.

 

Give it a try, and let me know how everything goes.

This is the third time this week......my versa is not syncing with my iPhone.  getting very frustrated....

I was on the live chat.....deleted the app and reinstalled it...syncing now
