Versa not syncing with iPhone 10 running iOS 13

Ok so before the big IOS 13 update, my issue was

1) When the Versa tries syncing with my iPhone 10 it says "Syncing Failed" And it tries the sync multiple times.

2) My Versa is stuck on version 32.33.1.30 and there is no option to update the watch to 32.33.1.32

3) I did every troubleshooting step there is to do and still no luck.

4) Now that I am on IOS 13, my iPhone says "Device not found", I did all the troubleshooting steps that were recommended and no luck.

5) Finally, I decided to remove the watch from the app, delete the app and reinstall the app and add the Versa device, and now I am stuck on a screen that has 4 numbers and says "Connecting to Fitbit...." and the progress bar inches forward and back.

Any advice on how I can fix this, it is absolutely frustrating, make me wanna run back to my Apple watch. I love the Fitbit because I used to own one but never had this issue before.

Yes thank you for checking up on this post. Unfortunately, as of now for anyone reading this. There is no real solution to my issue because it’s a rare situation. Once I get my replacement I will see if it’s my iPhone 10 or if is the app or my Bluetooth or my watch.

Thank you again Fitbit for taking care of me.
