Hi, I replaced my iPhone 6 yesterday (cracked screen), tried to sync my fitbit today and it keeps looking....

It will only sync if I reset my fitbit, but that's not that practical.

Both phone and fitbit have the latest versions.

Have switched off/on bluetooth on phone.

Have closed and opened app.

Have switch off phone and on again.

 

Does anyone have any ideas??
