I have premium, and when I go into the app and try to access the snore and noise, detect it just spins and spins and spins and never loads. I have an iPhone, so does anyone know if it’s just not able to work on iPhone or do I need to do something else to get into this option?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. You didn't mention which model Fitbit you use. The Snore and Noise Detect is only available on the Sense and Versa 3. If you own a Sense 2 or Versa 4, there seems to be a bug in the app that lets you try to set up the feature. But it isn't available on the Sense 4 or Versa 4.

Hi there, @Trude74 and welcome to the community, @SunsetRunner. @LZeeW Thanks for your help.
@SunsetRunner and @Trude74 Thanks for confirming the model of your Fitbit devices. As our friend mentioned, the Snore Detect function is only available for Premium accounts with a Sense or Versa 3 paired. I'm sorry if this causes any inconvenience and please know your feedback is appreciated. To confirm which features are available on your device, check our official website, or the User Manual.
