The Apple FitBit app was updated overnight, but since that I am continually getting a message (eventually) to say that "We are unable to update / install one or more apps. Please try again". The communication between the fitbit device and the app seems to be fine so I am not sure what this is referring to. What do I need to do? Is this a glitch with the update? Thanks

Good to see you participating in the community for the first time @Jamiejamieh.
Thank you for providing the details regarding your Fitbit app.
I'd suggest clear the cache on your app. In addition, try to delete apps on your Fitbit app that you are currently not using.

I get this same issue on my Charge 5, 20 times a day. Searching Google and the forums I see this has been an issue for many people as far back as 2019. It's extremely frustrating. When will there be an answer that actually fixes the problem?

Also, suggestions like "clear the cache" are not very helpful without details. How about telling people how to clear the cache. Just saying clear the cache means we need to do yet another google search to figure out how to do that.

On the iPhone 13 and up, for the fitbit app, there is apparently no way to clear the app cache. Best bet is to return this due to terrible support from fitbit.
