Unable to use + on app

Hi, my Fitbit charge 3 syncs and records steps but the + options on the app have stopped working on every option. I can add manually on the Fitbit dashboard on my iPad and then sync and it updates. Up until today it has not been a problem adding manually on my phone. Any advice would be helpful. Maz

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi Ricardo,

Thank you for the information, I’m not sure why but the problem resolved itself before I could try your suggestion. I had performed a reset of the fitbit itself but and it didn’t fix anything so that is why I started this thread before I would go down the path of deleting and reinstalling the app. As I said for some reason the next day it rectified itself. If it should happen again I will use you suggested fix to try to resolve the issue.
