I’ve not been able to use daily readiness or cardio load since they appeared on the app (black screen, grey boxes), and now after updating to 4.41 I can’t view my weekly or monthly step stats - I just get a blank screen with grey boxes.
I’ve tried logging out and restarting my iPhone
Any other suggestions?

I have the same issue (can only see daily step total and no other time frame). I am Premium, have Charge 6, Apple 16 MxPro with latest IOS (18.4.1) so these are not contributing factors. It was the latest Fitbit App upgrade that broke this and several other features. The decline continues!

I deleted the app based on advice from another thread and it fixed the issue. I didn’t lose any data as my phone threatened I would and I can now see my weekly and monthly stats. Good luck!
Your suggestion of deleting and re-installing the Fitbit App solved my issue. I can see more than today’s STEPS! I will add this step to my standard troubleshooting steps (reboot Bluetooth, reboot Wi-Fi, restart phone, restart Fitbit device, delete/reinstall Fitbit app, buy different fitness tracking device.
I do find Fitbit quite hard to use. I had an Apple Watch but it broke and I realised I didn’t need all the phone functionality so went with a Fitbit when I got a replacement. It’s generally fine but I don’t find the interface / functionality particularly user-friendly and so when it doesn’t do very basic things, like record stats, it’s v annoying!
