I’m liking the new groups feature but annoyed with the constant notifications of replies to posts I’ve commented on. I would like the option of unfollowing certain posts.
Also being able to ‘like’ or ‘cheer’ comments and reply to specific people comments (by placing ‘@‘ before I name as these don’t seem to Ben possible either.

Hello @Liwymi
What type of notifications do you get:
1.an email
2.a red circle by the notification bell
You can put a check mark in the "do not send an email.
Also, you can click "vote" as that acts as a cheer or like in this forum.
The @Liwymi@ works great for all users, just make sure there is no space in between the @ and the name as it won't work.

Best AnswerI have the same issue - I comment on someone's post and then I get inundated with notifications when others reply to the same post!
The only option given is "Report Post" which I don't want to do...
I'd like the option to Mute or Unfollow posts

Hello @Rinniepoo and @Liwymi, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Thanks for all your help @ACG, it's nice to see you around. ![]()
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in my response. I understand your concern about not being able to mute or unfollow a thread from a post you've commented or cheered in the Community tab. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I would like to encourage you check @courtneyanne120's suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. Please feel free to add your vote and comment as this is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
Best AnswerWhile on the website Fitbit community simply log in. Once logged on the upper right hand corner touch the bubble or picture that represents you and a menu will come up. Select subscriptions, once in the subscription menu simply select which posts to unfollow and you will no longer be notified 🙂
Best AnswerI don’t like how replying to one response groups it in the main thread so if you respond to a thread with “I have the same issue” it doesn’t add it underneath the person you replied to but groups it in the whole. I hate getting emails for each reply and could only unsubscribe to get them to stop
