Update Fitbit Charge HR

Hello, I've tried updating my tracker over the last week. Last week I had my original fitbit - it caused my fitbit to stop working (it's showing the update bar with an exclamation point in the middle). I gave up on that one. Got another charge HR I have, synced that with my phone, tried to update the tracker again and the same thing happened. I am also getting errors, first I got error 18 (my app was updated) then another error 403 popped up. It's extremely frustrating that this update has caused not 1 but 2 charge HRs to stop working.

Hi

 

It's possible to factory reset the tracker if desired, this resets all data on the tracker to factory settings. After resetting the tracker, it's required to relink the tracker to the account.
