Fitbit Alta not logging accurately.

The activity shown on my Fitbit seems fairly accurate, but when it transfers the information to the app it is different. The problem seems to be mostly with activity. 

 

For example aftet a day a day that included some fairly rigorous activity the Fitbit showed 75 min but that never showed up on the app. So that day showed no activity. 

 

In other days it is different from the recorded activity. 

 

It it is also failing to remind me about needing to walk each hour. 

 

Suggestions?

Hi, @Dedicated2. Sorry about the issues you're having! Which Fitbit device do you have? 

 

The first thing you should do is restart your device. Instructions are here. Do it 2 or 3 times. Then please let us know if that helped.
