Updated App last night - lost all data

I've been a fitbit user for over 2 years and have a flex and charge HR. I updated my app last night (iOS) and logged in again this morning and all data is gone.
The only data showing is my joined date and my personal details. I've logged onto the website and it's the same issue.
How do I get all my data back?

Hi, @Corinne_22 , updating your app should not have affected your data, as your data is stored on the Fitbit servers.  Is it possible that you joined twice?  Is there another email account that could have your data?

Hi @Corinne_22,

Do you have more than one email? It's possible that you've logged into the Fitbit App using the wrong email.

Also, are you able to see your data on Fitbit.com?

Hi..I just updated my app ...and whenever I click onto the Fitbit app..all 4 of my data is gone..the only way I can get it back is by restarting my iPad , and all my data appears again ...but not in the order I put them in ....But it happens every time I log off the app 😔..any ideas?

My wife updated her iphone app and all date for the prior to the update was gone.  We are looking for a solution.  She only had one email address associated with the account.  It has updated since then, but all data from before the update is gone.
