I REALLY do not like the newly redesigned dashboard format in the app.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still comes up I’m the new format.  The new format is not loading properly, so most tiles are gray instead of showing data.  How can I get the old app format back?

I moved this to the dashboard forum as it has nothing to do with challenges

 

I'm sorry but once you get the New dashboard there is no way to revert back.

This doesn't actually belong on the dashboard forum, either, since the OP specified the app and there are separate forums for the app (either Android or iOs).  But WendyB is correct, Fitbit isn't letting us have the old dashboard again in any platform -- not web, iOS, or Android.

When a user is invited to try out the new dashboard, they are also warned that their is no going back. The OP doesn't mention which OS their phone runs, but blank tiles have been reported by iOS users.
