I’m having difficulty updating my versa. I have followed the steps in the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works.

What are the next steps? I’ve tried thru WiFi and thru Bluetooth

I have tried updating me tracker via Bluetooth and via WiFi and neither works. Any other suggestions?
