Updating

I have the flex 2 and almost every time I open my app it says "flex 2 will not work unless you update..." is there a way it can update automatically? It is annoying to have to keep doing it in order to use the app. (I also already have automatic updates on in my phone settings) thank you!

If you have already updated your tracker and you're still getting an update message on the app, please logout from the app, restart your phone and log back in. This will refresh the information and you should not receive the update message again. You will know if your tracker needs an update because it will be a pink notification on top of it.
