Bluetooth error on Mac

I am trying to set up my new One on my Mac.  When I get to the screen that says "Turn on Bluetooth" a blue circle with an exclamation mark appears.  Bluetooth is turned on in my System Preferences.  How do I overcome this problem and move forward please?

Hello @essee, it's great to see you around, I hope you're doing well. 

 

Have you tried to restart your computer lately? Or uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit Connect? Would it be possible for you to provide me a screenshot of the circle with the exclamation mark you're seeing when trying to set up your One? Additionally, please let me know the OS version, which you can check by clicking on the apple icon on the task bar and then on About this Mac. That would be very helpful for me to investigate this further.
