Since the last upgrade my Fitbit says wrong time, and I tried to remove Fitbit from phone to restart and after putting in 4 digit pin nothing happens... any help would be appreciated

Hello @Krissy75, and welcome, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

In this situation I would like to suggest to restart your tracker. Then, plug it in and make sure it's charging. After restarting it:

  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices, if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device
  • Restart your phone.
  • Try setting up your tracker once again making sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the process.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
