Not receiving notifications on blaze

I couldn't get my blaze to sync with my iphone 6 plus due to my phone being too updated, accordig to google, so I set it up with my ipad and now I cannot figure out how to get call notifications on my blaze. I receive text message notifications, just not phone calls.

 

Can someone help me out please?

Hello @MrsWoods, and welcome to the Community!

 

It is possible that because the Bluetooth bond has been established with your iPad, calls reaching your iPhone will not come through. In this situation, please try the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad, check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. On the Fitbit app on your iPhone, go to Account > Blaze and enable Notifications.

In case this doesn't allow calls to come through, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.
