My Streak was approaching 1,400 and now it states 9 consecutive days on 10/4/2024.
They say it should be solved by 10/11/2024 in V 4.27.

Best AnswerIf you call Fitbit support, ask for manager (if you can ask for Charlyn).
My calculation show 12 consecutive days which is the release of V 4.26.1 - This was the issue!
I wonder if I could re-load V 4.26.0 - Maybe Fitbit Support can assist with that.
Also we need people to report this to Fitbit Support in a call.
Best Answer@bry1216 I have asked about reloading a version of the software works - while we wait for programmers to fix the current version, but have gotten no response. For many this is now the 45th day since the app stopped working.
