Vanishing Active Minutes

I have lost my active minutes twice today.  When I synced my watch and phone they just appeared as zero.  My cal burn for the day is showing as 19cal every 15 minute period.  My exercise is logged on the app and watch but the cal burn and HR is not.  My current cal burn would mean I need to burn 80 every 15 mins. 

I don't have any other tracker or device linked to my account so no other data that will conflict or overright.

 

Anyone else had a similar issue or is it a phone call to Fitbit in the morning?

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the app is not displaying the information available in our servers correctly. In this case I would like to suggest you to check your online Dashboard and verify that your Active minutes are showing correctly there. If they are, please try the following on the Fitbit app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If that doesn't seem to work, please:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thanks for your reply. It's looking more like an HR tracking issue. I'm in contact with Fitbit direct now. Hopefully be resolved soon
