Since the last update my battery is draining within about 9 hours on my Versa 2, I was getting at least 3 days, I have done all the steps including a factory reset but it’s still draining.
Anyone have the same issue or is there any fix.

This is definitely not what we want for our users, and I understand your feelings on this matter.
Please check something.
Did you happen to receive a message to update your phone's operating system? This can occasionally cause the wristbands to drain their battery.
