I have a Versa 2 that says unlock with your phone, however I can not even sync it to my Fitbit account because of
this. How do I clear this error so that I can pair you Versa 2 to my
iPhone?

You get this message if you enter the wrong PIN ten times on your fitbit.
The "unlock with your phone" fix allows you to reset the PIN but this only works if the fitbit and phone are still connected i.e. the fitbit is still listed as a connected device in the fitbit app.

If, as I think you are saying, the fitbit is no longer connected then you'll need to do a factory reset of the fitbit. As this is a serious step leading to loss of some data and settings I think it best that you only do this under guidance from customer support: contact.fitbit.com
