When I accessed my fitbit app on my iPhone this morning, opening the Today page, I saw a line below the sleep data saying something like "4 awake, 5 restless", then it disappeared and the basic sleep date (time, sleep score) item came up. I have never seen this line before, but that may be because I didn't notice it. Anyone else had this info? I am not using Premium, just the basic stuff for my Versa 2.

Hi @CBV2. It's great to see you here in the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for confirming that you don't have a Premium subscription. It's odd that you saw that information on the Today's screen, as it should only be displayed when tapping on your sleep log. That said, I'd recommend to verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version, force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. If you that screen appears again, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can further investigate.
I've moved your post to the iOS app board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.
Keep me posted.

Hi @CBV2. It's great to see you here again and I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for replying back and confirming that this line only appeared once. At the moment my best suggestion is to keep the Fitbit app updated, as well to try the suggestions from my previous post to refresh the app's performance. If that line appears again under the sleep tile, feel free to let me know so we can work on this together.
Hope you have a great day and keep me posted!

Hi Lizzy
Regarding my earlier post on this matter I have had another instance of this extra line in the sleep section of the TODAY screen. I took a screen shot and have inserted it below
I hope this gets through to you

Hi @CBV2. Welcome back to the forums. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for keeping me posted and sharing a screenshot of what's displayed in the Fitbit app. Let me share that the line saying "awake and restless times" is intended as it'll be displayed whenever you manually log your sleep or when your watch records sleep patterns. If you get sleep stages, you'll see instead your sleep score. About your original post, it might be that your Versa 2 was logging your sleep data without your sleep stages, that's why you see your awake and restless times. However, this should have changed once the sleep stages and scores were generated.
I appreciate your patience while working on this with me and if there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know.
See you around.
