Something is off since I got my Versa 2. My old Fitbit (can’t recall name, slim little thing) tracked calories very well. Since I “upgraded” to the Versa 2 it seems my calories burned is always the same, regardless of steps or exercise, 1386. This is a problem. It’s affecting my motivation and I’m very frustrated! Help!?

Hi @Okwow. Welcome. It's good to see you here in the forums and I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you're feeling about not having your calories burned updated despite the exercises you've done. I've checked with our Support team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. They'll help you with this matter via email, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
