I am current with my Premium subscription, but my Versa 2 failed to record sleep phases and score for my 9-hr sleep last night, which was not broken into smaller periods of sleep. Is there anyway to recover this information, or have the app re-analyze and provide it?

Yes, I went ahead and contacted support. They have decided to try changing the sleep setting to sensitive to see if it helps to restore the data, which I doubt. I will post here so that if others have the same issue they will know the various steps I've taken. I certainly don't need information about sleep stages, especially since they no longer appear. But thanks. I still suspect that the update has messed with the recording of sleep stages and other info, like the sleep score.
