Versa 2 doesn't receive Yahoo mail notifications

I am a new user, just purchased Versa 2 but unable to get yahoo mail notifications on it. Not able to see yahoo mail in the notifications list. Can someone help as to how to configure yahoo mail notifications from my iPhone please.

Congrats on your new Versa 2! It's great that you're part of the Fitbit family and let me help you to set up your Yahoo email notifications. Please give a try to the following steps:

1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
2. First, you'll need to receive a Yahoo email notification in your phone.
3. Then, open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile's icon.
4. Tap on your Versa > Notifications > App Notifications.
5. Look for your Yahoo app in the list and enable it.

You can also try to set it up as an email notification to see how it goes.

I just recently got my versa 2 and am also unable to get my yahoo mail on it.  I have followed  the steps mentioned here but still am not seeing the yahoo app listed.  I am also using an iphone

You will need to download the yahoo mail app from App Store after which you will need to add the yahoo app in the notifications section of Fitbit app on your iPhone. Restart your iPhone and then it should work.

Thank you for the reply.  I have gone into the apps and searched for yahoo, and yahoo mail.I get one app that pops up named fair tides.  I am not sure if I'm doing something incorrectlybut I cannot get the yahoo app.

@shedking, thanks for trying the steps posted in this thread. As our friend @shedking suggested, make sure the Yahoo app is installed in your phone as well to have received a Yahoo email notification in your phone so it can appear listed in the Fitbit app. Once that is done, please try reconnecting your Versa 2 to get notifications:

1. Remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and set up the notifications one more time.

Sorry I too am responding to this late. I have tried your suggestion with no avail. It just doesn’t like me I guess. I do however want to know why yahoo is not listed under any apps when I do a search for it? My gmail set up no problem but absolutely no luck with getting yahoo on my watch!

Thanks for keeping me updated, as well for trying the steps posted above. Any app from which you've received a notification should appear in the list, and it's odd that this isn't happening with the Yahoo app. To further investigate, I'll need you to provide me with the following:

• Your phone's model.
• The OS version running on your phone
• Screenshot of the list that appears in the Fitbit app. To attach it, check this post.
