My versa 2 is stuck at 3/4 screen download and not matter how many times I delete app, turn off my phone, turn off the Fitbit it still isn’t working. I don’t know what else to do! I’ve tried to use my iPad and that isn’t working either

Try doing a factory reset like so:
- Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo disappears:
- Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
- Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.
