I am a Fitbit user for over ten years. Recently purchased Versa 2. A big disappointment. It loses Bluetooth connection 5-10 times a day. I receive no massages, no phone calls. Nothing. Practically useless.
Reinstalled the app 3-4 times. Did the "forget this device" 10-20 times. Same result. After 10-15 minutes the watch is not connected to the Bluetooth of my Iphone Xs. Looks like will have to return to Costco.
Sad.

I’ve tried all those. Restarting the phone normally works but the connection fails again with 24h. There must be a solution other than restarting day in and day out - I’ve used Fitbit for 4 years but this problem seems to have started only after getting iphone11. Software bug needs fixing most likely
