Versa 2 lost everything but daily steps and time

I have a Vesra 2. About a month ago it lost the hourly step count, and heart rate. It still has the daily step count and everything it pulls from the phone.

I did a force shutdown of both app and watch.  No change. I set the phone to factory settings. Nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing. 
Some help is appreciated as I don’t want to go back to my Apple Watch.
