My old Versa 2 was connected to my Apple Airpods. It got water damage and I bought a new Versa 2 because it is the only pohone to connect via bluetooth and hold songs and I can ride my bike without my phone. The new Versa 2 is a new design (charging contacts on the top instead of bottom of the back so you cannot use the old charger) and it will not connect to the same Apple Airpods. I reset the Airpods and the Fitbit in every way possible and was on the phone with support for 45 minutes trying different things but it never worked. They said to wait for new Firmware, It came out and got on the phone again for another 45 minutes and still nothing. Any help? Seems like Airpods are popular bluetooth earphones. Note that I have no problem syncing the watch to other bluetooth devices like a speaker of other earphones and the Airpods work with my phone and iPad and computer.
