Versa 2 not getting any notification with an Iphone

I just brought the Versa 2 as a gift for my boyfriend. He's not getting any notification when he gets phone call, text or when he reaches his goal steps. Also Alexa is not working. He has an Iphone, is there anything we can do to get it to work?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Notifications issues is a known issue at this time since the newest iOS Update. Fitbit is currently working on the issue and will hopefully fix the issue soon.
