Versa 2 not showing logged data from phone

Since a couple of days ago, my watch has stopped showing my updated food, sleep and water details when I log them on my phone.

 

The app and watch still appear to sync correctly with steps etc and it doesn’t say that there has been any error.

 

I have shut down the watch, logged out of the app and disconnected the Bluetooth from both my phone and watch but nothing has changed.

 

All the data from the previous days still shows but it just won’t show on my watch the logs for today:(

 

please help!

The app and watch still appear to sync correctly with steps etc and it doesn’t say that there has been any error.

 

I have shut down the watch, logged out of the app and disconnected the Bluetooth from both my phone and watch but nothing has changed.

I see you have posted your issue on two separate forums. I merged them together to avoid confusion and cross posting. 
If I understand your post correctly it appears that your Fitbit App continues to sync properly all your logged activities but is failing to appear on your Fitbit Versa 2. The troubleshooting steps you have already taken are great. I understand that you shut your Versa 2 off then on again. Have you tried restarting your Versa 2? If not I would suggest doing so. I'm having the same issue with my Versa 2.  Restarting the App does not help.  The link for the proper procedure to restart the Versa 2 does not work.

thanks for responding.  No it did not solve the problem.  Looking at the community it appears that this is a problem that Fitbit has not solved yet.  My water entries are still beinbg recorded in ml.  Waiting for hte next firmware update I guess

I am also having the exact same problem since Day 1 (Christmas 2019) of getting the new Versa 2. The info is on my app on my phone, but on my watch there is no sleep data, or cardio data other than my current hart rate, and if I log water intake on the watch 80% of the time it doesn’t show on the app and I have to do it separately on there and vice versa. Just had a new firmware update hoping that would fix it and it hasn’t. My husband and my sons are working perfectly and we all got them at the same time.

I just bought my versa 2 yesterday and I’m having this issue. After tracking my breakfast this morning, it seems to have synced with the device but everything I tracked for the rest of the day did not. Please provide a way to resolve this issue or a way to return my open and worn brand new device.
