Hello! Please help! My iPhone 6s is not syncing properly with my Versa 2. It will sync all my info ( steps, sleep,hr) but I can not access any of my apps! I have tried Bluetooth on/off, Removing device and re-installing ( even on different iphone11), I’ve done restart and EVEN factory reset - nothing works! Is this an update software issue? Is everyone else experiencing this? When will be the next update to fix this? I’m kinda disappointed with this Fitbit- I’ve owned others and never had problems. Thank you for any info! P.S This has been like this for over a week now , no change.
