Versa 2 shows a Fitbit logo and won't sync sleep and steps

Hello.  My sleep and steps counter do not show up on my iPhone 11. I have connected 4 different agents and still nothing works.  My Fitbit Versa 2 has the Logo on the screen and has been there overnight.  Keeps telling to download Fitbit app and I have done so.  Sleep and steps are the most important to me.Thanks. Fran
