Versa 2 steps won't update in Fitbit app

My Versa says 8457 but the app is reading 233 total steps for the whole day. I’ve synced it three times and it’s not changing

@Yolandashae Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. To look into this, may I know if the rest of your stats (distance, floors, etc.) are syncing correctly? Do you recall since when this started to happen?

 

In addition to @Odyssey13's suggestion, please give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Check your details one more time.
