Versa 2 stopped syncing

My versa 2 all of a sudden would not sync on my iPhone XS will not sync to my versa 2. I have turned off phone and back on redid app and it says not working when I try to set up.

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 stopped syncing to your iPhone XS. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If you're on iOS 13 or higher, please do the following:

- Open Settings app on phone

- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'

- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"

 

If you unpaired the device from your Fitbit account and experience difficulties with setting up, please try these troubleshooting steps: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
