Unable to pair with iPhone

My Fitbit charge 2 was low on battery, so fully charged it up. Now it won’t pair to my iPhone, has the start up image on the screen but is stuck there. It is connected via Bluetooth, I have removed the app and reinstalled it but nothing is working. Any suggestions please as I have no more ideas how to fix this issue.

My new iPhone8 does not recognize my charge 2.  I've restarted both but still unable to pair these two devices.  Any helpful tips?

Hi @Mrsjd80@Rafizip and @DRBeck. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 2 aren't able to pair with your iPhone, as well for the steps that you've tried so far. You did a good job! Just to double check, have you made sure to have updated the Fitbit app? If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Charge 2 and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Fitbit Charge 2.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Charge 2 > Sync Now.

By the way, I've moved your posts to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized and on-topic.

Let me know how everything goes.
