Versa will not sync

I have been trying to sync my Versa since yesterday morning. I have tried every single troubleshoot on Fitbit site but still no joy - can anyone help with suggestions on what I can do next?

Hi,

 

My Versa stopped syncing on Saturday morning and since then I’ve read every article and gone through every troubleshoot - but I still can’t get my Versa to show up on my Bluetooth list. It’s been a frustrating weekend!
