My Fitbit charge 2 was low on battery, so fully charged it up. Now it won’t pair to my iPhone, has the start up image on the screen but is stuck there. It is connected via Bluetooth, I have removed the app and reinstalled it but nothing is working. Any suggestions please as I have no more ideas how to fix this issue.
