Versa 2 won't sync with iPhone

Hi Lizzy

 

ive jumped on this post as I am having trouble with syncing. I’ve had my Versa 2 for just over a year. It has not synced since yesterday morning. I’ve removed it from my phone’s Bluetooth settings but there is no option on my app to do the ‘Sync Now’ to pair it again. The only option I have is to remove the device which I am reluctant to do as not want to lose my data. 

please can you help?

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa 2 prior to posting. I understand your concern and because your watch was only removed from the Bluetooth settings, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. When prompted, accept to pair your Versa 2 via Bluetooth.

Ever since the iOS update 14.2.2 I don’t get any notifications on my Versa 2 either. No phone calls, no texts. Anyone else?
