Versa 3 compatibility with iPhone SE

The Apple iPhone SE 2020 was not on the list of compatible devices that Fitbit recently removed from the website. According to the current iOS guidance they replaced it with it should work with the Fitbit app. My question is, does it now work correctly? According to someone I spoke to on the Customer Service chat it should, but I wanted to hear from someone with recent experience.

Thanks.

Hi there, @fit4metime. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Please note the Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. To set up and use your Versa 3 and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher

If your iPhone SE is running the required OS, it should work fine. In case you're facing syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've moved your post to the iOS App for organization purposes.
