Versa 3 not receiving notifications from iPhone 14 Pro

I just today received my versa 3 ... I have set it up, synced it etc to my phone yet my Facebook and WhatsApp notifications don't come through. I have tried resetting it, uninstalling and reinstalling the phone but I can't seem to get the notification list to appear so I can sync these with the watch.

 

Any advice? im starting to get very annoyed now.

@Shadow1190 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

In the Fitbit App go to your profile picture > Notifications. 
There go to Text notifications or App notifications to choose the apps that you want to be notified from .
