Hello @JenniHew and welcome to the Help forums. This isn't a guaranteed fix, just a scientific wild guess. Check the Weather app on your Fitbit app. Tap on Your profile picture > Versa 3 > Apps > Weather. Check the Permissions and make sure they are all toggled to On.
