Versa 3 won't connect to Wi-Fi

My iPhone is on my WiFi.  I downloaded the app onto my iPhone.  I have a piece of paper with my network name and password in front of me.  Ready to update my FitBit app and add my new Versa 3

 

The iPhone FitBit app isn't able to find my Wifi or any other WiFi near me.  When I customize and input the WiFi it still isn't able to find it.  

 

Any tips on getting your FitBit iOS app to find Wifi?  in order to add a new device?
